Nice to meet you! I’m Hailley Olver, the director of many things business ownership, social media, marketing, and branding! I have had a full circle experience in business several times and even made my first HALF A MILLION, say what?! How you ask? With a strategy and brand development. I opened up multiple types of different businesses, expanding my businesses, and even sold multiple businesses. I've done it all babe from salon ownership, boutiques, clothing companies, etc. With all my businesses and brand development I’ve done through the years I’ve created different techniques to master the building of a successful business and make 6+ figures. 

How I got started..

Starting in the wedding industry in 2012 I owned a bridal hair and makeup company, Platinum Makeup and Hair as well as a baby clothing line PoppiSea'd. My businesses quickly took off and even my bridal business became featured in Oregon Bride Magazine, Best of Seattle Bride, and featured on several other bridal blogs. After spending a few years in the bridal world I built my company up massively with marketing techniques I developed, but I  wanted more. I quickly opened up Halo Salon and Boutique two years after completing Beauty School in Vancouver, WA. Halo Salon and Boutique quickly became  the #1 Salon in Cowlitz County, I developed the branding of #halobabe, grew a large following with many successful stylists careers, as well as grew an extension line brand called HB Extension Co. Following the success of Halo Salon and Boutique came the next business venture of The Shop Longview, a barbershop and bar. 

My passion for business has continued to grow by helping other entrepreneurs successfully build their business(es). With marketing and strategy we build a plan of action to grow their business of their dreams. Now, are you ready to get help and direct your dreams to success!?
