I’m Hailley the creator of The Hailley Method.

I’ve been a stylist now behind the chair for officially 6+ years. Technically longer but your not suppose to count those times I was foiling hair in high school.

My journey started on my mom who has very curly hair (thank goodness— because it hid a lot of mistakes) but I was able to PRACTICE. That’s my #1 rule I always tell my interns, assistants, shadowers, etc.. that the more you practice, analyze your work, and take a few steps back to think, you’ll get better. 

I created The Hailley Method for one main reason: get a blended blonde that grows out like you never need your hair done again. I tell my clients, “I want you coming back in 8-12 weeks and still getting compliments on how great your hair looks!”

My goal is for all the blonding to be seamless, bright, impactful, and most importantly BLENDED! The Hailley Method is all about that blend.
